[.NET] Skip serializing delegates with a disposed target

When reloading assemblies, we serialize the managed delegates so we can recreate the callables later. If the delegate's target is a GodotObject that has already been disposed, we can't serialize the delegate.
Before this change, trying to serialize one of these delegates throws an exception and prevents releasing its strong GCHandle, so the assembly can't be unloaded.
With this change, we don't serialize the delegates and release them anyway. This means some delegates may get lost on reloading assemblies, but if their target was already freed it's probably fine.

[WS] Fix wslay multi-frame message parsing (again)

We incorrectly assumed that the `payload_length` in the recv start
callback of wslay was the final message size, but according to the
WebSocket protocol, the payload length always refers to the current
frame's payload size.
The protocol, in fact, do not include a "message payload" length on
purpose to allow sending messages of unknown size without forcing the
sender to buffer the whole message (RFC6455 Section 5.4).
This means a receiving peer has no way to know beforehand how long a
message will be, and needs instead to keep track of the length of each
frame until the FIN one is received to properly reconstruct the message
at the end.

[WS] Fix peer stuck in CLOSING state

This was due by the buffer being cleared on close (including in closing
state) preventing further reads.
This commit changes the close logic to only clear the buffer when the
peer connection has been fully closed (acknowledged by the other end, or
closed due to a "broken" connection).

Fix node cache errors on nested MultiplayerSpawner

Changes spawned_nodes to an RBSet, which preserves
insertion order after entries are removed.
This prevents simplify path commands from being
sent to clients out of order, so that the commands
for parents are recieved before the commands for
children.
This may not be the right fix (data structure, or
design).

Linux: Relax interdependency between freetype, libpng, and zlib for unvendored builds

This restriction was added to fix #7373 back then, which was a symbol conflict
between FreeType's bundled copy of gzip/zlib, and distro packages.
But we also unbundled FreeType's zlib in #69395 so this is no longer an issue.
On the other hand recent issues pointed out that using system-provided icu4c
or harfbuzz can cause issues (#91401 , #100301 ). We still allow it for now but
raise a warning.

Add a supersampling option to LightmapGI
...
This provides increased lightmap quality with less noise, smoother
shadows and better small-scale shadow detail. The downside is that
this significantly increases bake times and memory usage while baking
lightmaps, so this option is disabled by default.

Refactor CommandQueueMT to use vararg templates
...
In order to make CommandQueueMT more maintainable this PR changes the
previous macro hell with variadic templates instead. This makes the
class far more explicit and will allow us to more easily change the way
the class functions in the future.
Furthermore this refactoring has allowed for some optimizations. In
particular by using std::forward to delay the decision of decaying the
type to as late as possible we are able to move the data from the
callsite into our Command buffer and later move it to the call.
In practice what this means is that compared to the old version instead
of copying values 3 times, we can now get away with 1 copy, and 1 move
for lvalues, and just 2 moves for rvalues. This saves quite a few
operations in a hot codepath.
We also now test to make sure that the amount of copies and moves are
what we expect. This way we can spot performance regressions in this
code easily.
Somewhat unscientifically, running TPS-demo by pressing enter and not
touching the controls average mspf, repeatable across many runs:

[WS] Fix wslay multi-frame message parsing
...
The wslay library, somehow unintuitively, will call the frame recv end
callback for control frames.
This has the side effect that while receiving a long message (i.e. a
multi-frame message), if a control frame (e.g. a ping or pong) is
received it may seem that a FIN frame has been received, resulting in
the current code truncating the message.
To avoid this, this commit now ignores the frame recv end callback, and
instead rely on the msg recv callback where we can check the opcode, and
is guaranteed to be called only when the FIN frame is received for text
and binary frames.

Blender imports will always start within `.godot/imported` folder because we first convert the .blend file to .gltf, store it in `.godot/imported` and run the import from there, so on-disk resources linked from .blend files end up with duplicate textures.

Basically, when we first encounter the document, we parse it as before, but we also note the offsets of other glyphs and store the remaining XML. The next time we see another glyph, we can simply parse that glyph node and insert it back into the stored XML.

Only allow valid types in Decal, Light3D projector, PointLight2D texture and CSGMesh3D mesh
...
If an invalid type is supplied (which can still be done from a script),
a warning is printed (along with a workaround for ViewportTexture).
This also adds support for "negative" resource hints such as
"Texture2D,-ViewportTexture" to exclude one or more subclasses
from a class hint.

Setting it only for release templates on Windows and macOS was inconsistent,
and Jolt requires it as a minimum.
Drop the `-mxsave` flag from the raycast module, this doesn't seem to be
used explicitly by Embree, and unnecessarily makes our config and baseline
muddy.

Because of ref safety changes in the languages, all methods that return an interop struct have to have all other reference parameters marked as scoped to signal the the method does not capture that reference.
The variant change is necessary, because for some reason a type of the exact shape godot_variant is in, crashes the .NET 7 JIT, but when changing it to be sequential with the same effective layout it works.

This parser error was misleading.

[UPNP] Allow disabling UPNP implementation on the Web
...
Make UPNP classes custom instance, so they can come with empty
implementation on the Web (where the would not work anyway) without
breaking scripts referencing it.
This results in smaller Web builds by not including the library which
also results in the emscripten socket wrappers to be stipped away.

Now the action shorcuts (A,S,D,Z,X,C) are going through the right processing and their events are captured so they are not passed to the 3D editor. This avoids conflicts/weird behaviours if the users has set up shortcuts on these keys.

[mbedTLS] Keep reading/writing partial until "would block"

Them mbedTLS read and write functions will never read or write more than
the negotiated fragment length at every iteration (which usually depends
on MBEDTLS_SSL_IN_CONTENT_LEN and MBEDTLS_SSL_OUT_CONTENT_LEN).
For this reason, when reading or writing partial data, we must always
keep retrying until we receive a "would block" (no bytes read or wrote),
or we have fulfilled the read or write.

This fixes a bug in the analyzer where it did not push the SHADOWED_VARIABLE_BASE_CLASS
warning for members shadowed by variable in subclass. It does this by comparing the class
which contains the shadowed member with the class containing the variable, and pushing
SHADOWED_VARIABLE only if the classes are the same. Additionally, SHADOWED_VARIABLE_BASE_CLASS
can take an extra symbol which helps to specify the line for non native base class.

While all the previous fixes to optimizeVertexCache invocation fixed the
vertex transform efficiency, the import code still was missing two
crucial recommendations from meshoptimizer documentation:
- All meshes should be optimized for vertex cache (this reorders
vertices for maximum fetch efficiency)
- When LODs are used with a shared vertex buffer, the vertex order
should be generated by doing a vertex fetch optimization on the
concatenated index buffer from coarse to fine LODs; this maximizes
fetch efficiency for coarse LODs
The last point is especially crucial for Mali GPUs; unlike other GPUs
where vertex order affects fetch efficiency but not shading, these GPUs
have various shading quirks (depending on the GPU generation) that
really require consecutive index ranges for each LOD, which requires the
second optimization mentioned above. However all of these also help
desktop GPUs and other mobile GPUs as well.
Because this optimization is "global" in the sense that it affects all
LODs and all vertex arrays in concert, I've taken this opportunity to
isolate all optimization code in this function and pull it out of
generate_lods and create_shadow_mesh; this doesn't change the vertex
cache efficiency, but makes the code cleaner. Consequently,
optimize_indices should be called after other functions like
create_shadow_mesh / generate_lods.
This required exposing meshopt_optimizeVertexFetchRemap; as a drive-by,
meshopt_simplifySloppy was never used so it's not exposed anymore - this
will simplify future meshopt upgrades if they end up changing the
function's interface.

[WS] Detect disconnection due to protocol errors

When wslay receives a message that is too big or cause a protocol error,
it automatically sends a close request to the remote peer but it also
completely stop calling the receive callback resulting in the state
being "stuck" as CONNECTED (even if both client and server have
disconnected).
We now check if we sent a close message and reading has been disabled to
manually transition to the "closed" state with the proper reason.

Clarification to the description of Global scope in regards to GDScript

Previous wording said that @GDScript referred to entries that could be accessed in any script. Although with common sense we could imagine that it is only refering to GDScript specific pieces of code, the wording is a little unclear.
In general there are small changes to the wording which makes it more clear and concise.

Tried to match the wording up with my last change which should make it a bit easier to parse at a glance what the docs mean by "from any script"

Don't include `core/io/image.h` in `core/os/os.h`
...
`core/os/os.h` doesn't use `core/io/image.h`. It just brings
transitive dependencies. Lots of dependencies because `core/os/os.h`
is transitively included in almost every file of godot
Also added `core/io/image.h` into files^1 where `Ref<Image>` and `core/os/os.h`
were used to prevent obscure errors involving `Ref<Image>`
^1 except those which include `core/io/image_loader.h` or `core/io/image.h` by
corresponding .h file with the same name

Move library initialization to module registration functions.
Only set library debug threshold when verbose output is enabled.
TLSv1.3 functions seems to be a bit more verbose then expected, and
generate a lot of noise. Yet, some level of debugging without
recompiling the engine would be nice. We should discuss this upstream.

C#: Fallback to CoreCLR/MonoVM hosting APIs when hostfxr/NativeAOT fails

Some platforms don't support hostfxr but we can use the coreclr/monosgen library directly to initialize the runtime.
Android exports now use the `android` runtime identifier instead of `linux-bionic`, this removes the restrictions we previously had:
- Adds support for all Android architectures (arm32, arm64, x32, and x64), previously only the 64-bit architectures were supported.
- Loads `System.Security.Cryptography.Native.Android` (the .NET library that binds to the Android OS crypto functions).

[MP] Fix broken RPCs after dictionary keys type change
...
As part of RPCs processing, they need to be sorted reliably across all
peers, so that unique IDs can be assigned to greatly optimize the
network layer.
The RPC configuration nodes are stored in dictionaries which, until
recently, always casted StringName keys to String.
Since method names (keys) in the RPC configuration were StringName,
a side effect of the above change is that sorting the dictionary keys no
longer sort them alphabetically by default (StringName are compared
using their pointers).
This commit changes the RPC processing logic to use sort_custom to
provide a function that can handle the StringName comparison.

We don't seem to expose any API that uses `char16_t` yet, but I added it anyway since we make the type info for it.
I didn't add anything for `wchar_t` because we are not making a type info so maybe we don't have a need for it yet, it could be added in the future.
To prevent breaking compatibility with the C# bindings, we ignore the `char32_t` metadata and still use `System.Int64`.

- Instead of checking for Key::UP, Key::DOWN, Key::PAGEUP, Key::PAGEDOWN etc., we rather check for the action like 'ui_up' or 'ui_down'.
- Also use AcceptDialog's 'register_text_enter' functionality to consistently close a dialog when ENTER is pressed while the LineEdit has focus (instead of redirecting ENTER keys to e.g. the underlying Tree).
- Unify the LineEdit filter behavior for the SceneTreeDialog and corresponding usages
- Improve OK Button disablement (something should be selected)

This is useful for custom tagging of objects with properties (for example in Blender) and having this available in the editor for scripting.
- Adds import logic to propagate the parsed GLTF extras all the way to the resulting Node->meta
- Adds export logic to save Godot Object meta into GLTF extras
- Supports `nodes`, `meshes` and `materials` (in GLTF sense of the words)
