Markus Sauermann 4887172a59 Fix `ViewPanner` panning mouse warp
Currently the mouse cursor jumps in unexpected ways, when a `ViewPanner`
is used in SubViewports or embedded Windows.

This is caused by providing wrong coordinate systems to
Input::warp_mouse_motion.

This PR replaces the use of `Input::warp_mouse_motion` with
`Viewport::wrap_mouse_in_rect` and makes sure, that the correct
coordinate systems are used.

This change makes it necessary, that all classes, that currently
use ViewPanner, need to provide the correct Viewport to ViewPanner.

Matt Enad bd47e4f1ba Add `Tablet/Trackpad` nav preset
This commit adds a new navigation preset called `Tablet/Trackpad` which enables "Emulate 3 Button Mouse" to more quickly set up good default keys for tablet users.

It also adds support for mouse buttons 4 and 5 in the navigation settings which will be helpful if users want to customize 3D navigation further for specific pens/mice.

Stayd 8ca1605bbb Fix default preview environment sky.
Fixes the horizon color being grey even when both
the sky and ground colors are set to black, and
makes the energy slider affect both hemispheres

Agustín Marsero d514ab2952 Fixes use after free in redo of "Create Custom Bone2D(s) from Node(s)"
Using "queue_free" on the undo of the creation of the Bone2D meant that on the redo the Bone2D was already deleted.

Replaced it with "add_do_reference", so when the Action of the undo_redo is destroyed, also destroys the Bone2D.

This allows changing the display colour of a CollisionShape3D node on a per-shape basis.
It also adds the ability to display a solid coloured preview of a CollisionShape3D.

This makes one-click deploy make use of remote debugging, so that
you can see output from the remote device, run the debugger and use
the monitor and performance/network profilers.

- Use an AspectRatioContainer to prevent stretching that occurs depending
  on the dialog size.

Yevhen Babiichuk (DustDFG) af6d260c17 Don't include `core/io/image.h` in `core/os/os.h`
`core/os/os.h` doesn't use `core/io/image.h`. It just brings
transitive dependencies. Lots of dependencies because `core/os/os.h`
is transitively included in almost every file of godot

Also added `core/io/image.h` into files^1 where `Ref<Image>` and `core/os/os.h`
were used to prevent obscure errors involving `Ref<Image>`

^1 except those which include `core/io/image_loader.h` or `core/io/image.h` by
corresponding .h file with the same name

Check RenderingDevice availability to display LightmapGI configuration warnings
We can now check whether RenderingDevice can be created (which is
not guaranteed when using the Compatibility rendering method),
so the warning can be displayed only when relevant.

This also disables the Bake Lightmaps button with a tooltip if baking
is not available.

  - `LineEdit`, `TextEdit`: Always disabled since it's dragging user input.
  - `TabBar`: Use the same auto translate mode as the node.
  - `RichTextLabel`: Always disable since auto translation is done
    differently from other controls (selection text you get
    programmatically is always after auto translation).
- Editor
  - Disable drag preview auto translation if the text is user input,
    filename, or class name.
  - Also disabled unexpected auto translation for audio bus effect names.

Fix `AnimationPlayer` crash when it's made the scene root
When an AnimationPlayer is made root of a scene,
the track links may become broken and clicking on
them will crash.

Current master branch also breaks node links when
AnimationPlayer is made scene root, and can also
crash the engine if another node was made scene
root prior to the AnimationPlayer.

This happens because when made root, the editor
loses track of AnimPlayer's root node. By keeping
a copy of the AnimPlayer's root_node, the track
links remain functional.

Fixes #91043.

Marius Hanl 74f64aaf98 Use InputMap actions consistently across all LineEdit's that filter an underlying Tree or ItemList.
- Instead of checking for Key::UP, Key::DOWN, Key::PAGEUP, Key::PAGEDOWN etc., we rather check for the action like 'ui_up' or 'ui_down'.
- Also use AcceptDialog's 'register_text_enter' functionality to consistently close a dialog when ENTER is pressed while the LineEdit has focus (instead of redirecting ENTER keys to e.g. the underlying Tree).
- Unify the LineEdit filter behavior for the SceneTreeDialog and corresponding usages
- Improve OK Button disablement (something should be selected)

GDExtension: Implement `GDExtensionLoader` concept
- Implements the concept of GDExtension loaders that can be used to customize how GDExtensions are loaded and initialized.
- Moves the parsing of `.gdextension` config files to the new `GDExtensionLibraryLoader`.
- `GDExtensionManager` is now meant to be the main way to load/unload extensions and can optionally take a `GDExtensionLoader`.
- `EditorFileSystem` avoids unloading extensions if the file still exists, this should prevent unloading extensions that are outside the user project.

Changes to reduce the latency between changing node selection in the editor and seeing the new node reflected in the Inspector tab

- Use Vector instead of List for ThemeOwner::get_theme_type_dependencies and related functions
- Use Vector instead of List for ThemeContext::themes, set_themes(), and get_themes()
- Add ClassDB:get_inheritance_chain_nocheck to get all parent/ancestor classes at once, to avoid repeated ClassDB locking overhead
- Update BIND_THEME_ITEM macros and ThemeDB::update_class_instance_items to use provided StringNames for call to ThemeItemSetter, instead of creating a new StringName in each call

These changes reduce the time taken by EditorInspector::update_tree by around 30-35%

Ignore locked nodes when click selecting in 3d editor
When selecting 3d nodes with a single click, the node closest to the
camera is selected. If the closest node was locked, it would block the
selection, even when there was unlocked nodes behind the locked node.

This PR replaces the `_select_ray` method call used to find the closest
node with the similar `_find_items_at_pos` method, which can skip any
locked nodes.

This also renames the Tiles tab in the TileSet bottom panel
to Tile Sources to make it more explicit (and avoid using

The issue was that Node3DEditorViewport was using the render server's BVH to filter out nodes,
which is not correct for gizmos that have no renderable components,
or have collision triangles that exceed the bounds of their renderable components.

Fix incorrect Curve editor preview thumbnail scaling
`EDSCALE` scaling was applied even though it shouldn't be, which led
to pixelated thumbnails due to double scaling. For reference,
AudioStream previews don't use `EDSCALE` and look fine at any editor
scale (the editor itself already scales the thumbnail requests).

Matt Enad 9d343ced58 Add customizable 3D navigation settings
This commit adds 3 new editor settings for orbit, pan, and zoom mouse buttons, and 6 new shortcuts which act as modifiers for the navigation controls. These new shortcuts replace the old orbit, pan, and zoom modifier settings.

The `navigation_scheme` setting now acts as a preset which changes the new options added above, and the new settings are what drives 3D navigation instead. A new struct is used for ordering the navigation logic so that actions with fewer shortcuts are checked first. When the editor starts, the preset detection will run to automatically update user settings from old Godot versions. When the setting is changed, the hint values for the mouse buttons are dynamically updated to show the user the corresponding shortcut values.

The new doc fields have been generated and the description for the new settings are filled out. The `navigation_scheme` entry now has more consistent styling and added control descriptions that were missing before.

Add alternative shortcut for Align Transform to View in the 3D editor
The new shortcut is Ctrl + Alt + Numpad 0 and is the one listed
in the 3D viewport's Perspective menu (since PopupMenu accelerators
display the first shortcut only). This shortcut matches Blender
and avoids conflicts with the GeForce Experience overlay, which
defaults to Ctrl + Alt + M.

Ctrl + Alt + M is still defined as an alternative default,
so that existing workflows are not impacted.

Prevent label width from flickering rapidly in editor frametime panel
This also improves the background display by drawing a single background
for all 3 labels. This avoids visible corners between each label.

Add Ctrl + R keyboard shortcut to restart particle emission in the editor
Restarting particle animation frequently is often done in the VFX
tweaking process.

This shortcut is available for both GPUParticles and CPUParticles,
in 2D and 3D.
