Rename `BLOCK_DEVICE()` macro to `FORCE_ANGLE()` in `main.cpp`
This makes the macro's role more explicit, as devices in the list
are not prevented from running Godot. They are only forced to use ANGLE
when using the Compatibility rendering method.
