Lukas Tenbrink 09e7bef0e0 Use `ubrk_clone` instead of `ubrk_open` to create `UBreakIterator` instances. 
`ubrk_clone` is much faster, because the locale doesn't have to be parsed again.

Frank Becker 70a8421c30 Apply fix_alpha_edges for both theme icons and font glyphs. 
Only apply fix_alpha_edges for SVG glyphs.
