Leon Krause 2970061a73 Implement HTTPClient in HTML5 platform 
Limitations:

 - Subject to same-origin policy
 - No persistent connection (but simulated for compatibility)
 - No blocking mode
 - No StreamPeer access
 - No chunked responses
 - Cannot disable host verification
